What We need?
- 680 grams of kale leaves
- Thinly sliced red onion
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- Juice of 2 limes
- Half cup organic milk
- Diced jalapenos
- Zest of 1 lime
- Diced orange peppers
- Thinly sliced garlic
- 2 tablespoons of Olive oil
What We have to do?
We will start by saluting sliced of red onion in olive oil. Now add garlic, orange peppers and jalapeño to the onions. And jut stir-fry.
Now blanch the kale leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes and drain.
For dressing we will mix soy sauce, lime zest and milk.
Finally mix kale leaves with the sautéed vegetables and drizzle the dressing on top of your serving and……
